How far away is your cruise? The Have It All package will usually cause your account to have a little box to check on the dining reservation form for each restaurant available to you that is labeled "Complementary Meals". You need to check that box.

Note, not all restaurants are offered as complementary in the Have It All package.

Which specialty restaurant are you trying to book?

I understand that only 2 of the Spec Restaurants (Pinnacle Grill & Tamarind) are included as part of the HIA pkg. If you try to book any other spec. dining the system will ask for your CC.

Also just before you get on to the booking screen, the system will prompt you with "do you want to use your complimentary dining" question, with the names of the passengers on your booking already pre-populated. Just tick off all the names on your booking and that will show the balance owing on the reservation as "zero".

Hope this helps.

Which restaurants that are available depends on the ship. Canaletto is usually available on all ships.

I see it now the little check mark, thank you all for your help. Hope to see you onboard.

Glad you got it sorted out.

If you pre-book other specialty dining, it will show HIA credits have been used and will require CC.

Safe travels - enjoy your cruise!
