I saw somewhere that one of the Discovery ships was due to be based in Cyprus cruising to Israel and Egypt this autumn, has there been anything about changes to these trips due to the conflict int he area? They appear to have been pulled from marella website.

I think they start in May cruising from Marmaris. Fabulous itineraries,  worth looking at
