Grand Cayman on Christmas Day

We are booked for the Apex Holiday cruise this year and will be in Grand Cayman on Christmas Day.  Booked a 3 hour island tour because I wasn’t sure what would actually be open.  Not really a hanging out on beach family.  Has anyone been to Cayman on Christmas Day that can tell me what to expect about what will be open or closed?  Thanks!

Most stores and some restaurants will be closed.  Open places are all ones that cater primarily to tourists.  Booking an excursion that day is a great idea.
