Have tried several times today and get errors every time.  

ERROR 500

SORRY, WE RAN INTO AN ISSUE WITH OUR SYSTEM.

I haven’t tried today but I have noticed that if you click that new popup menu screen it doesn’t work.  I always click behind it and the correct page shows up.

Anyone having trouble with Flightease today?  Today I get an Error 400.  I've tried different devices, browsers, incognito tab and all get the same error when going into flights.

Wasn't able to access FlightEase yesterday morning, but was able to bring it up in the afternoon. 

Haven't been able to access it at all today.

Frustrating because yesterday Delta changed our flights and I'm not able to get to them. 😒

Tried last night and this afternoon- fail as well. Anyone tried the princess flight if you just need to price flights? Didn’t have time since dinner.

Just checked Princess EZ Air, site works normally for pricing flights, so it isn’t the backend engine issue. But those who already booked on HAL cannot access - HAL fail.

I have the same issue trying to access FE on both Edge and Chrome browsers. This has been all week and the problems with HAL's IT department get so frustrating.  We have booked air for next year and I need to access the flights to add our FF numbers. When I called FE I was told they do not know about any problems accessing the site and that it must be on my side, but after reading this thread I see it is not just me.

Good news - Flight Ease seems to be back up and running as of noon EST today.

I was also able to finally get into FE a few minutes ago.
