Edit: well, since the link doesn't work as it should - look under the Liquor and Beverage Policy item at the left...

 

21 minimum age on sailings from the US, 18-20 can get beer and wine only (and NO beverage package so it's a-la-carte) with a parental consent form, EXCEPT when in Alaska and Hawaii waters

Since the previous poster didn't notice that you are on a European cruise and didn't post the rest of that link in print. Here is your answer.

Europe sailing permits young adults 18 to 20 to purchase and personally consume alcohol while onboard.
