We'll have the same plan on our February cruise and I am considering upgrading at least one of our four devices. I don't know what the situation is like on other ships, but I will say that the Browse wifi on the Meravgilia has been better than the premium wifi I paid for on the Summit. Have not sailed on Summit but we had excellent Wifi on our Millennium Cruise. Here are the speeds I was getting. We fortunately had a wireless access point right outside the door to our cabin.
