But some still wear them on cold frosty days when there is no possibility of rain.

Mad isn’t it. They are are a bit  cosseted here as they all drive round in vans !!

Yes, in the past shorts might have made it easier on a bike, but ours don’t have them any more. 🙂

They mainly use Ligier electric vehicles here for post. I haven't seen the 4 wheelers around here for a while. it's mostly these trikes.

 

La Poste's parcel folk usually have electric Renault Kangoos.

What is a postman?  They are an endangered species here. Lucky if they venture out once a week, and are then loaded down with the backed up post!
