We will be sailing on the Majestic from Sydney to Seattle.  Are all three of the dining rooms equal or is there one that is more preferred over the others?  We usually book a table for two.  Thanks!

Same menu, cooked in same kitchen, and same service standard. Only differences are location and slight decor differences. One will be partially set aside for Reserve Class dining.

Pick a different one each night, or aim for the one that will be nearest wherever you'll be pre-dinner.

On the Regal, Concerto had the Reserve Class dining set aside. We switched to Symphony to get a better table. Wonder if the Majestic is set up the same way.

Same on Majestic with part of Concerto being Reserve Class dining. We booked a table for two in the regular area of Concerto, got a great location  and waiter the first night and reserved to sit in the same section every day, cancelling on the nights we ate elsewhere.
