How close to sailing can I buy drink package?

Hi Cruisers,

 

We sail on Nov 25 and I want to wait to see if there’s a Black Friday sale for the drink package. Can I still buy the drink package online a few days before sailing or does it lock-out days before from making further purchases for DBP?

It days it locks out 48 hours before but I'd allow 3 or 4 days.

Black Friday sale will start Nov. 18 so you will have some time before it locks out. I doubt you will see any discount beyond what is already being offered with a cruise so close.

Remember that 48 hour window is based on midnight on the day your cruise leaves. So if your cruise leaves on a Saturday, Wednesday at 11:59pm local to the homeport is your deadline
