Aqua class on Reflection

Very much enjoyed our last cruise with aqua class on Infinity. Loved eating in Blu and being able to also order off MDR menu. Anyone that has specifically been on Reflection, have you been able to do that on this ship?
Also, any great spots we should not miss on this ship?

We were not able to order from the MDR menu on Reflection.  You could get the everyday Classics like French onion soup, cocktail shrimp, Caesar salad, etc.  You may want to check out the dinner menu at the Oceanview Buffet.  There are often theme nights like Mexican, Italian, German, British, etc.  

 

Check out the Lawn Club Grill for a nice meal.  It is a Specialty Restaurant and we enjoy eating outside.  Murano is another Specialty Restaurant and is outstanding.  Upscale in our opinion with some dishes prepared table side.

When was the cruise that you couldn't order from the MDR? Was it this year (2023)? I was on the Reflection last Nov/Dec (2022) and you still could do this. I know in 2023 they made significant cutbacks to the dining that they just announced they are rolling back after Thanksgiving.

My husband and I were on the Reflection transatlantic from Barcelona on October 19. We ordered from the MDR menu several times. Way more times than we ever have. As a matter of fact, we’ve only done it once before and that was one entree on one night. Maybe you’ll have a better experience than we did. We found the menu different from what we had previously (and loved for many years). The whole experience was chaotic and service inconsistent. Again, you may have a much better experience.

We were recently on Reflection and ordered from the MDR while in Blu without issue

We were also able to order from the MDR menu while in Blu on Reflection this past year.

We were on the Eclipse a few weeks ago and ordered off the MDR several times as well.  Must have been waiter specific.
