Cosol Question

We are looking to book with Cosol based on the reviews here and elsewhere.

 

They want a deposit either through completing a 'manual' form and emailing it back or via WhatsApp which I'm not very comfortable with.

 

I wanted to see if others who have used Cosol have had similar concerns and what they did about this?

Understand this is possibly the first venture to book in the Caribbean.  
 

COSOL is a reputable company, with many repeat bookers (one here), never hearing of any financial concerns.  Therefore, suggest one telephones and asks if they will take a ccard payment over the ‘phone.

It will be a shame to miss the beauty of this island and its people, in the company of one of St Lucia’s best operators.  COSOL hospitality is noted, it’s difficult to stay sober. 😀

Sorry for misinformation.  I went back through all paperwork/correspondence with Cosal.  Process we did … I sent info (names/numbers) through email; we did not pay a deposit, we paid entire amount at completion of tour in cash (plus tip).  This was Jan 2023 trip.

PayPal Cosol?? Pay at the end of the day when your tour is finished, like all the rest of them. Cosol Herod Spencer pay at the end of the tour plus a BIG TIP. They appreciate it. 👌😎.........😎
