Welcome to Puerto de Catagena, MSC Seaside docked next to us ... abroad at 5:30 PM.  Ran into Alvin, CD on the pier & said hello ... Looking again at MSC Seaside as we head to our home away from home. 

 

 

Several NCL Haven pax, a couple with 3 children early disembark the Prima, all their luggage in a cart pusher by a crew and escorted by a Haven staff, leaving on Day 2 ... 😲 changed their mind about doing TA ??

Indeed, generous space in the shower area for plus sized folks, and toilet spacing that does contribute to banged up legs, deeper open shelves with stoppers to optimize storage.

 

Extra clean towels under the sink for use since housekeeping services is once a day only.  Nice rainforest style showerhead with 4 settings & adjustments, and rest for leg shaving.

 

 

 

 

Requested our coffee maker & it's well stocked with extra supplies.

 

The best part, the larger "regular" balcony ... And, we're going 22 knots last night and barely felt any ship movement - from Deck 9 Mid.  Glad we didn't spend more for the club balcony - saved the money to do shorex & shopping, and eat meals locally while ashore.

MSC Seaside just sailed, we should be underway soon, once they cleared the path thru the harbor channel for us to turn out to sea - basically on time at 18:00 - 2 sea days to Ponta Delgado, Azores is next stop. 

 

 

 

Windy App looks okay for our passage to get there from here.

Oh my, he joked eight months ago how he had gained some girth.  He must really like the food.

Tonight's dinner, a very busy & full Commodore MDR - took nearly 2 hours. Thankfully, we got quickly seated with a reservation for 4 of us ... by the windows.
