david.lister42 Posted November 12, 2023 #1 Share Posted November 12, 2023 What specifically does one get with regards to Thermal Spa access when a penthouse suite is booked? Are all services at no additional charge? Or are only certain things with the rest being extra?

On your class of ship(Grand Class), full suite guest get ‘access’/entry to this Spa area which includes heated stone beds and some steam/saunas and maybe a rainfall shower. There are no ‘services’ such as massages, facials, etc. Think of it as a relaxation space that is co-ed. Most patrons will be dressed in swim wear. cruzsnooze Posted November 12, 2023 #3 Share Posted November 12, 2023 All suites have the same access. As noted above it's limited to self serve like the stone heated loungers and sauna. Any service is extra such as massages, facials and at regular prices.
Rare cr8tiv1 Posted November 13, 2023 #4 Share Posted November 13, 2023 The SPA will place a round sticker on the back of your Medallion. Mine "bleed" all over my Apple watch band. Useless since they are unable to "see" the sticker unless I remove the medallion holder from my watch band. There has got to be a more efficient way to flag a suite passenger. With that said, I did not use any of the "thermal spa" features on a recent 13 AND 12 day cruise. I have used the stone bed once in the past. But after seeing passengers in wet bathing suites laying on the beds, I have decided this is not for me. The "rain" shower was not exciting, nor the dry/wet saunas. That's about the extent of what is offered on the Caribbean Princess. The Pool in the front of the ship is open to anyone.
