We must have started docking about 6am (which feels like 5 since we moved forward an hour) because the whole cabin had that hard thrusters rumble that knocked me awake

i didn’t have a choice, my cabin rumbled like I was inside a pair of maracas. (See, cause I’m in Mexico now 🪇)

 

And while a nice 🦬 would possibly relax me right back down, the pollo has come home to roost in my stomach right now, as late night Mexican buffet is engaging in all out intestinal warfare at the moment

have a reservation for a day pass at La Ceiba (pictured) but I’m not bound to it since it was super cheap. I’ve probably been here more than any other port (and vacationed here as a kid every year before we started cruising) so I never feel any pressure to do certain things when I’m here. I’m gonna chill a little bit and see where the day takes me once we hit a human hour
