Ugh.  My Covid experience in 2022 was pretty horrendous, from the handling on the ship to the customer service after.  If it had been June 2020, then i would have understood what I had to go through but it was September 2022, almost 2.5 years after the pandemic.  They eventually made good on the situation but it took months.

Further update, after contacting SS today to try and find out where my reimbursement was, since their form letter to my submisstion to guest relations indicated that they would contact me by Monday and of course no word yet, I was finally told that my TA would need to submit the reimbursement to the exact same email address that the Future Sales Director, who knew I worked with a TA, told me to send the request to.  Of course, no word for why I wasn't contacted about this, or the fact that my TA was both copied on the email and referenced in the letter.
