Refer-a-friend still available?

We are going on an extended family cruise.  Our son in law and daughters in law have never cruised on Princess so I would like to refer them so they and we get the $25 OBC.  I tried using the following web address without success:  princess.com/refer25. It takes me to the correct page (scrolling down) but no hyperlink is provided.  Is this still an active program?  If so does anyone have a direct link?  I really don’t want to call Princess.

 

Another issue is that I can’t access live chat.  When I tap the link nothing happens.  Princess can be SO aggravating!

On the left in the middle section under "Cruise Deals" is Refer-a-Friend

Click on that and it brings up a pop-up box.

When I click on the Refer-a-Friend link as you suggested, it simply took me back to the top of the page. However, when I click on the Military Benefit Program link right above it, that link worked fine.

Interesting....but not totally surprising with Princess....

It works for me.

I'm in Chrome on a laptop.

Are you on a phone or something?

I just tried it again using the Edge's "New InPrivate Window" option on my tower computer and it worked as advertised. Must be something in my browser's cache that's causing issues.

Your other computer might be blocking "pop up" windows.

Could anyone who has cruised with Princess refer me and another family member as CC "friends"? If yes, please send a DM/message and I will respond with the two email addresses.

Context: I've cruised before on RCL, Carnival and Holland America, but not Princess, so we do not have Captain's Circle accounts.
