Cabo question

We have always stocked up on Retin-A and Latisse at a nice pharmacy in Cozumel.  We are going to be in Cabo the first week in January and are wondering if these two products which are prescription in the US are available in a nice pharmacy there without a prescription.  I’m 72 and don’t look a day over 71 with the Retin-A and my daughters love the long eyelashes they get with the Latisse.

Can't speak to Latisse, but Retin-A and the generic is available all over the place.  The further away you walk from the port the cheaper it gets.  I just bought some in Rosarito and the .1 was $40.  I think the generic is about 1/2 that.

I'm in Cabo right now and picked up the 0.05 for 51 pesos (US$3) at the Farmacias Similares just up from the marina (on Morelos just before 20 de Noviembre). No idea about Latisse.

This is key.  I always tell people to avoid the tourist pharmacies for better pricing and perhaps quality too. Stick to a well known chain and you are good.

I believe that's the same place our DIL goes to in Cabo and gets her RetA.  I know she just went to the Farmacias Similares in Rosarito two weeks ago when they visited to get some stuff to take back to LA.
