American Queen Empress Show times

What are the show times in the evening on the American Empress? Are there 2 shows each evening or is it just 1 show times/

What is the best time for dining if you want to see the entertainment in the evening?

IIRC there are two show times which roughly correspond to the two evening dining times. I don't recall the actual times its been a few years. If you have early dining you can go to the later show and vice versa.

Same thing on the Duchess a couple of years ago.

If I remember correctly from past cruises, there are usually two show times in the evening - one earlier and one later. They coordinate with the two dinner seatings. I'd aim for the later dinner seating if you want the option to see both shows. You should get information on your booking with exact show/dining times.
