Wonder Returned to Canaveral Early??

It’s 10:20pm Saturday night and the Wonder is pulling into the port.   The Disney Fantasy is also docked and the Norwegian Epic is docked at the Carnival terminal.

 

I am sure it is weather related…..

Better to dock now when they know they can vs waiting until tomorrow when it might be untenable to dock. Carnival is saying Horizon and Celebration will be delayed getting into Miami tomorrow.

I have a friend on board Wonder and she said it was weather related. 
We have had notice that Grandeur will be late arriving in Miami Saturday so our boarding time has been pushed back 5hrs.

Just read that Odyssey missed its first attempt into Port Everglades this morning and will be trying again shortly.....so looks like things will be delayed there.

We’re under a wind advisory from 7am until4pm today in central and eastern Florida.

Must be  weather related.

Yup....they made it at second attempt once they got back in line behind the other ships arriving....odyssey just dock at 7:45am...about 2hrs behind their scheduled time.

It doesn't happen often, but a reminder for everyone who books the cheaper early morning flights that ship delays can happen even if someone sat around 2 hours before their 9 AM flight the cruise before.

A lot of flights are also delayed due to the weather

Agree, at least once a Year been on a Ship that didnt even start letting people off until after 7:30am, some with last off at 10:30-10:45am. Right before CV got off on Dec 22 my Flight wasnt til 230, I made it but some were being told they Might not get out  Christmas. And now with Full Flights, miss it and you could be difficult locating another Plane with an open seat
