today's patter.

note the crabshack tonight. added for the plus and premier people i guess.

As far as I am aware Crab Shack isn't included with plus or premier - a specialty pop-up rather than a "casual" dining venue.

your right.

I asked and its $69 each for fixed menu.

will be tonight and last sea night.

none of the 2 desserts appeal, so I probably won't bother

I forgot to  mention there were 3 rooms with tables outside on our floor this morning.

no idea if its noro or covid. I have heard nothing.

Being confined to your room at any time let alone Christmas would be terrible.  . It's a very good reason for not filling up drink bottles at the water dispenser at the bars & buffet instead filling in your own cabin.

I never use drink bottles.

I always drink water by the glass.

we didn't have dessert last night. we were too full.

we enjoyed the 50s, 60s theme with the band, trivia and gameshow.

the band is excellent this cruise.

had breakfast in the buffet this morning. sometimes you can't wait till after 7am for the dining room.

I wonder how many tuned in to listen to the Kings Speech at 4 am! 🤣

Something just clicked. I saw that listed on my TV program. As I had already seen the movie I gave it a miss.🙄

Does the band play anything from the last 30 years?

restaurant manager showed us the menu for a special dinner in sabatinis tomorrow night. it includes a drink with each course. I might consider it on the other cruise when I won't have the drinks package. not sure if its mums cup of tea. there's always the steakhouse if we get bored.
