Uber available in Ensenada?

We've been to Ensenada 15 times over the year's doing 3 day-ers, but usually do the round-trip bus most people take to get to town. We want to go a little further, and know they're taxis right outside, but don't want to haggle. Anyone ever use an Uber there? TIA

I just checked on my application and I saw availability of Ubers from the cruise port.  The fare is 44 pesos from the port exit to “Papas & Beer” at the current time.

Uber can be hit or miss.  The taxi operators basically ran them out of TJ and down to Rosarito.  We have a private driver we use for trips to the wine country and taking people to/from San Diego airport.  If I pull up the Uber app in Rosarito nothing will ever show up.  It might be different further down in Ensenada.
