Getting change for larger bills at customer service onboard

Are there any issues getting change for larger bills at customer service onboard?  Specifically, thinking about getting plenty of $1s and $5s and don't necessarily want to do it before hand if not necessary. Thanks.

You can usually change them out at guest services or in the casino.  
But, on occasion, I’ve seen them run low so it really is best to change these ahead of time.

No, there's not generally an issue changing at HS, except that they don't generally have a whole lot of change.

Much better to change at casino cashier.

We were on a B2B-7days each on the Enchanted om the Med last fall. 

The first week I had a 50 Euro note that I wanted to break down. I went to GS and asked if they could break it for me. Sure no problem, what would you like?

 

The second week again I had a 50 Euro note that I wanted to break down. I went to GS and asked if they could break it for me. Oh no..we don't do that, they told me. 😮
