'Should' being the operative word. After three HAL cruises I've never gotten one. 😞

You get 1 star Mariner benefits, but you need to have it manually added. Your PCC or TA can take care of it.

 

It's basically for the tile.

HAL was short of tiles earlier this year and late last year for the ships I was on.  they provided a card to claim the tile on your next cruise.

 

We did get the tiles on the Rotterdam in October last year.

We got ours last May on the Rotterdam. They probably got confused between Bill B's. 🤔

Tiles were plentiful on our March 2023 Oosterdam & October 2023 Westerdam cruise.  The collection is out of control. Time to tile the bathroom.
