El Tatich boat ride at Punta Sur Ecopark

Does anyone know at what times the El Tatich boat ride is given at Punta Sur Ecopark inCozumel?  I've e-mailed the park but have never gotten any reply from them. Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I am not sure it runs on an actual schedule. 
 

I would write to one of the two beach clubs at Punta Sur and see if they can answer.
 

I have always had a quick reply when i have written to the state parks about Chankanaab. Have you checked your junk folder?

Thanks. Actually, I did get a reply this time after I e-mailed them in Spanish! In case you are interested, the times are noon, 1pm and 2pm.
