Wishing on a star Posted January 7 #1 Share Posted January 7 We are looking to book one of these cabins for next year. It seems odd that they are priced differently (less) than other balcony cabins in this area. Do any of you here have any idea why this might be? I would think that these would actually be more desirable, due to the balcony. I know that THRAK might be in one of these this Spring.... But, maybe somebody here has seen these cabins? We have been in those. We like it because of the large balcony. Priced lower BE because some people don’t like how the cabin next to it sits way back, you can look into their balcony, if you go to the railing. We could care less. Wishing on a star Posted September 8 Author #5 Share Posted September 8 (edited) Here you go.... Tiny standard cabin, but nice balcony. There are videos and photos of some of these on cruisedeckplans. There are a few that do not show the table on the balcony of some of these rooms.Only the little footstool side table thing. Video shows NO table on this cabin on Majestic. : ( Not sure why? Hopefully they are not removing the table. Standard cabin with large balcony about 9x9 instead of the small 9x5 on other cabins. We’ve booked D226 many times on Enchanted, same layout. Always have had a table, 2 chairs and footstools. WisCruiser2 Posted September 9 #9 Share Posted September 9 They're probably priced differently because they are standard balcony, not deluxe like the ones forward of them, and mayvbe not considered "midship" like the ones aft? I can never remember which way the pricing goes - is BA the highest or lowest?
Wishing on a star Posted September 9 Author #10 Share Posted September 9 BA would be one of the highest categories.... down to BD, etc. Anyhow, these have a larger balcony, but do not have any increase in price. We have a booking for one of these, and might bid a reasonable amount for a Deluxe Premium. Then we would have the slightly larger cabin with the small seating AND the deeper balcony.
