When I try to change my email address, it says in red font "Email address exists"

I do not see any way around this box.

 

Is it perhaps implying that because of my Trip Advisor account, is the new email address and it is conflicted because of that?

 

Any help or contact us pages are all as EXCEL would say, "circular references unresolved" leading you in circles.
