Which nights for specialty restaurants.

Will be on Seashore Jan 21st, is there anyway to look at MDR menus for the week once on board. Would like to do a couple of specialty restaurants but don’t want to miss some of my favorites in the MDR.  I like to book the restaurants right when I get on board. Was on Seascape last Oct. and could only see the menu for what was on the menu that day with the app. Anyone with advice would be appreciated.
