Since you didn’t specify which ship, it will be difficult for anyone to reply.  Also, when you are hoping to connect with others who will be sailing with you, the ROLL Call forums is the place to look.  Unfortunately Cruise Critic is North American based, as is the majority of the membership.  Probably the majority of those sailing MSC in the Med are not,  nor have they ever heard of Cruise Critic.  So finding a roll call, much less an active one may be a problem.  EM
