What to do - Tortola

I went to Tortola last year and snorkeled into and explored Virgin Gorda. I'm back again this year on a cruise with NO sea days. I am debating what I want to do while in Tortola that I can do mid-morning that won't take up my whole day so I can enjoy the quiet ship since my other days are filled with ports I've never been to before. Are there any town areas that are easily accessible and aren't just tourist traps? What would you recommend for 2 or 3 hours in the morning?

Really Road Town is made up of a busy financial district and not like some of the other ports such as St Kitts, St Thomas, or San Juan…
There is a marina area there as well…

An island tour in a shared safari taxi would be a nice option, I believe drivers offer 2 - 4 hour tours that are inexpensive…

Sorry if not much help!
