melusina Posted January 24 #1 Share Posted January 24 I am thrilled to see that on our April - May Mediterranean cruise we're now showing as the only ship in each island port. However, when we first booked Cruisemapper showed one or two other ships in each ( fortunately, smaller ships). Our ship's itinerary hasn't changed since we booked in November so I'm wondering what might have caused these changes and if i can have confidence 3 months out. I am particularly happy because one of our stops is Santorini, and it sounds like escaping from and returning to the tender port could be awful even with just the 2000 on our ship (Celebrity Infinity). Thanks for any insight!

Thanks for any insight! You can only use cruisemapper and similar sites such as cruisetimetables for a general idea. None are completely accurate. None can be relied upon. You can never be sure when or if they'll be updated with itinerary changes and in some cases the cruise lines themselves make itinerary changes at the very last minute so those websites never get changed. Personally, I've found cruisetimetables.com to be the best site, but others have different opinions. Edited January 24 by njhorseman
Rare Essiesmom Posted January 25 #3 Share Posted January 25 I cross reference the two sites because cruisemapper covers more cruise lines than cruisetimetables. EM
