Kids club - age flexibility

Is Celebrity very strict with age cut offs for the Camp at Sea?  I have 2 kids - one will be 11 and the other 13. I know Camp at Sea age cut off is 12 but they both would like to be together so will Camp at Sea allow my 13 yr old to join?

You can always ask but don’t be surprised if they are strict.  It might depend on how many other kids there are and there’s no way of knowing that ahead of time.

It depends on the manager. They will sometimes allow kids to move down a group in situations like your but it also depends on the kid counts. I would check with the manager once onboard. (I am former Celebrity youth staff)

Wow we don’t often get former Celebrity crew on these boards…..I suspect that several people here might have some questions to ask you!

Well it has been a quite a few years so all my info comes with a tad bit of “or at least that is how they used to do it”

As Georgiaguy stated, it depends on numbers. We’ve been on sailings when several age groups have been put together because there weren’t that many kids on the particular itinerary.

Thanks!  I would suspect that a transpacific crossing (Hawaii to Vancouver) has fewer kids
