There are lots of sources for historical weather information:

The Weather Channel

WeatherBug

Timeanddate.com

are just three sources to consult to get a general idea of what it might be like during your time there.  You'll have to research each port on your itinerary.

If you walk laps for exercise, early morning on the ship  is great on the Panama Canal trip….start in cool (but humid) dark skies, gradually the sun comes up, the sunrise is often beautiful and by the time you are finished, it is daylight…..and you really need a shower.

Agree with others… ALWAYS hot and very humid!   Make sure you always have water.  if you have a reusable water bottle, add ice with water, take it! On some excursions shade may be difficult to find….bring hat and dress light.  Be prepared to sweat when outside.  Expect thunderstorms with drenching downpours.

For reference, we were there in Oct 22.
