helpmenew2crusing Posted February 4 #1 Share Posted February 4 I have tried for a week to book an excursion, to have the website and the app tell me...( hang tight website is busy or we are adding fun check back later to just this can't be processed you will have to call to book.) I called last Sunday and today. Again, at first the associate says no problem I can book that for you. Then they get to the end of the transaction and they can't complete it. Then they tell me IT is aware of the issue. When I say well when I first told you about what was going on at my end you acted like it was new and now you are telling me the whole company can't book for anyone.
