There is a text when I take my phone out of airplane mode with the driver notifying me that they are close to the airport. 
After collecting out luggage we text the driver our jacket color ( bright windbreaker work best) and the door number we will be waiting at.

Pickup is usually not more than 5 minutes.

I have been using them for years and have not had a bad experience both for business and pleasure.
