Transfer confusion

We booked a princess transfer from the ship to Victoria Station in London after an upcoming T/A. My itinerary is now showing "Transfer: Ship to LHR/LGA Airport"

Do I have a problem here or am I worrying about nothing?

Contact your travel agent- it looks wrong to me. I have done this before and it says Victoria Coach Station.

We are doing the reverse, taking the transfer from Victoria Bus terminal to the ship.  It says "Victoria Bus station".  Our transfer at the end of the cruise is to the airport.  It says to LHR/LGA airport.  So I think you should call and make sure you have the correct one booked.

Sounds like you are booked for a bus to an airport. I would get confirmation on this

Have left a message for our PVP it sometimes takes a while for him to get back to me. Really confused because I'm sure it previously said Victoria Coach Station.

Did you book this directly or did you use a TA?  If directly, the default selection is to/from LHR airport.  You have to click the drop-down list to change it to Victoria Coach Station.  If you booked yourself, I *believe* (cannot swear to it) that you can probably change it yourself in your cruise personalizer.  Let me just state...I have never actually done this myself because I know to do the drop-down...hence it's always what I intend.

Booked through a Princess Vacation planner. Did the transfer myself on personalizer. I'm sure it was previously Victoria Station and Personalizer will not let me change it now. Very strange!

Isn't LGA the airport code for LaGuardia in New York?  Sounds like they're gonna take you all the way home by bus.  I hope you can hold your breath!

Given that you booked directly, you *should* be able to cancel the transfer and then reselect the one you want. 

However...one thing did just cross my mind. Perhaps they have reached a "limit" for how many people they can accept. ??? IDK, but as it stands right now you have nothing to lose in canceling what is in place right now. You *know* that's not what you want.  See if you can cancel.

Hi you may want to check out your roll call, there maybe others who are willing to share a vehicle to lighten the cost load.

 

LHR= London Heathrow    LGW = London Gatwick .

Just call Princess and switch back to    Victoria Coach Station

I just double checked my transfer into VCS and it still shows as correct.

Just call princess and have yours switched back from the airport
