Where in LHR do guests meet the Cruise Rep. for Transfers?

Just speaking to NCL and they told me the  guests meet the Cruise Transfer Representative in the Baggage Claim.

Does anyone know if this is correct, or would it be in the Arrivals Hall (land side, after exiting through all security)

It has to be landside, as all baggage reclaim belts at LHR are inside the secure area (and for international arrivals) before exiting through Customs.

Yes, from the baggage hall passengers pass through customs (usually without having to stop) and emerge in the Arrivals Hall. 

Reps of the cruise line or their shore agent will be by the travellers' entrance into the Arrival Hall along with private hire drivers & the like - they'll be easy to spot in uniforms and with cruise line placards. At least two of them, one stays in the Hall while the other escorts groups to the coach pick-up point.

We meet cruise line agents in the arrival hall last year! They walk around with signs for your cruise lines! You literally can’t miss them they are that visible!
