The Oasis pool, with its swim up bar, is the perfect place for sun and water. The ginormous pool is fresh water.

Almost hate to post this and break up your thread, but how did you get so many posts in a row without other members on here asking you questions.

 

Unbelievable how many photos you were able to post, must have super fast internet speed where ever you are posting this from.

 

Again, well done, lots of photos and comments from you as to what we are seeing. Feel like I'm on the cruise but didn't gain any weight. 🤣

Over the pandemic, the Port of Nassau underwent a revitalization. The old Festival Hall and clock tower are no more. They have replaced with a modern market and refreshment spaces.

The hair braiders have their own purpose-built space

The old horse drawn carriage stop with watering troughs for the horses has been replaced with a tour bus loading zone (for horseless carriages).

The port has built itself an amphitheater for live entertainment.

The new stalls at the port compete with the [cheaper] stalls on the real Nassau Straw Market across the street.

It is a ghost ship and only The Bird and the crew are on the ship this week. 
 

This holiday weekend cruise was actually sold out and sailing at capacity. 
 

Yesterday, we shared CocoCay with the Oasis, so there were over 11,000 passengers who could come to the island. 

 

The Bird ties to respect people’s privacy and not post a lot of photos with people “enjoying” themselves on the cruise. 
 

And yes, these are all photos taken by The Bird on this cruise.
