Trying to check in for an upcoming cruise, and I keep getting the message that the Captain's Club number is not associated with the person who is checking in, but it's 100% correct. I've tried taking it out and typing it in myself, and it didn't do any good. My question is, if I remove the number (since it says optional) will I still be able to get my Elite+ benefits without hassle? or is it going to be an issue such that it'd be better to call shoreside to have it resolved? Rare Jim_Iain Posted February 19 #2 Share Posted February 19 I would call in and have them correct. Alternative that I have found recently, message them on X (Previously Twitter). I had a problem recently and messaged them. They responded back quickly and fixed the problem. While I don't know for a fact but would assume that if the correct CC number is on the reservation the boarding pass may not matter.
