Rapha Transportation Orlando - No response / Out of Business?

We booked a private car with Rapha Transportation from Port Canaveral to Orlando.

Now, we need to change the pick up time and cannot reach Rapha via phone (no response) or email (rejected).

Does anybody else have the same problems or do you know, if Rapha Transportation may be out of business?

Has anyone used them recently?

Sorry, never heard of them. Hopefully you didn't pre pay or have a non refundable deposit.

Another company you might check with for transportation is Cruise Control. A great dependable company we've used and is very popular on this board.

Certainly would make me leery. Last review on TA was in Nov 2021. Prior to that another review had exactly the same issue with contact that you are.

Thank you for your help. We pre-paid, but the trip is / should be fully refundable. Now, I will cancel the private car and come back with the results..

Just a small update.

According to Rapha's terms and conditions, we have send cancellation messages to his email addresses and phone number. No reaction from his side till now, even though he found the time to re-design his website.  Our booking is still active. We will claim our money back via our credit card company.
