OBC confusion

On our upcoming 7 night Joy cruise we have been issued our Shareholder OBC (1x $100 per cabin on board credit) and additional OBC (2x US $50 on Board Credit certificate per cabin)

 

Neither is listed on the invoice as “non-refundable”, although I know shareholder has not been able to be used in the casino (even at the bar there- found out the hard way a couple of weeks ago).

 

How can I tell if the other OBC can be used in the Casino? Will it show up differently on the app once onboard?

 

Thanks for any clarification- I have scoured the NCL website for any official word…

Where is the other OBC from? That has a lot to do with the answer to your question.

I am assuming the 2x 50 is from ncl through our group planner. Others in the group have the same- followed by “non-refundable”

I will assume that it is also non-refundable.

NCL will know the status of your OBC's.

Try calling them to verify. Hopefully you'll get the correct info.

Are you sure that it is an *additional* $100? The Shareholder credit will show up as 2 x $50 in your cruise planner.

Do you know where the other $100 is coming from?
