I felt Arnold Castro was one of the best that we have had.  He was always around and very attentive.  He went above and beyond.  We have had many YC cruises and we have some good butlers and some decent and one not so good.

Arnold Castro is the only butler I have had, but I can't imagine anyone better than him. He was EVERYWHERE and took care of every little detail imaginable.
