On SD2 now…

…and it’s as lovely as ever.  We have over 100 days total, but haven’t been on for a while.  It’s nice to see old faces in the crew (well, old meaning they've been with SD a while—they’re still younger than us) and also to see how the new crew is being trained to continue excellent service.  The ship is still casually a bit shabby but the rooms hav been redone and are bright with more storage (or maybe I’m finally learning to pack better.  Unlikely).  I miss the scent of the old shampoo, but agree that too much plastic was used.  They still do have to get new lounge chairs.  Food has been maybe best yet.  We do miss the friends that we’ve made over the years on SD and are thinking of you—

So happy to read this! We're going April 14th and I believe that may be the last Caribbean before the crossing! We're past cruisers as well and hope to see some familar faces. Have fun!

Anyone know if Jamie is working SD2 right now? Or any other crew/staff? Thanks!

Both Jamies (Hotel Manager and Club Director) are currently on board SD2.
