teamflames Posted March 21 #1 Share Posted March 21 Hi, I am trying to use the HAL website (in Australia) but on both my iPhone and iPad I can’t get past the page where you select cabin type. Are others having this problem?

Are others having this problem? Which browser are you using? I'm also in Australia. No problem with Firefox on Android tablet ETA: Also working OK on Chrome. Rare sunviking90 Posted March 21 #5 Share Posted March 21 Lately I’ve had no problems with the website on my new Ipad just using Safari. In fact it’s working much better than before. It was very clunky on my old IPad though. I have had to “whitelisted” the website with my content blocker and enable pop ups.
hkymre Posted March 21 #6 Share Posted March 21 On my iPad it only works in landscape. In portrait mode you can't get off the cabin selection page
Mehroswitha Posted March 21 #7 Share Posted March 21 I've had pretty good luck over the past several years by doing a re-boot of the computer just before trying HAL, then using Chrome rather than my usual Safari. In addition to being time-consuming and annoying, that sort of thing should not be necessary. But--in my experience, anyway--it usually works.
