Haven’t sailed on Carnival since 2016 so wanted to know how to request a table for 2. Do I send an email request? If so what is the Email address for the Horizon? 
Late seating was only option, is it possible to switch to early? (sailing in January 2025)

Go see the maitre d the first afternoon and make your requests.

waitlist early if you can now. if the waitlist is already closed or if the waitlist doesn't come through, see the maitre'd on embarkation day as @nwo4life mentioned.

 

It is not possible to email maitre'd's anymore.

Both of those things you can check when you board. Easy to get a table for two.

We did "My Time Dining" or whatever Carnival calls it.  On the Venezia.  We requested a table for two, no sharing, every night.  We never had to wait more than 30 minutes from the time we sent a request for a table.  We requested our table via the "Hub" while in our cabin getting ready for dinner, and it always worked well.

A couple of cruises recently, we have been assigned a group table.  We went to the Maître D' during the hours listed at Embarkation and they said they couldn't change it till the next night.  We went to the Steakhouse and by the second night we had our own table.  Sometimes they can change it right away and sometimes not.🤷‍♀️
