I know I can have drinks from 5-7pm in a variety of bars around the ship, but is it based on cost or is there a list?

I think my original question got lost in the shuffle here.  So between the hours of 5-7 pm, Elite members can get free drinks from most bars around the ship?  Just by using your SeaPass?

Yes.  The day(s) in which the program does not take place and the excluded bars will be listed on the Elite  welcome invitation  in your room.
