Gluten free meals

Hi all can anybody help looking to book a cruise on NCL Jade Miami  to Panama 4th Jan 25 what are NCL like for gluten free catering all help would be appreciated thanks. Ron

Should be plenty of info there.  Bottom line - be sure to fill out the form on NCL Accessible Cruising page and meet with the F&B rep when you board to get started and they should walk you through.  EVERY time I got seated in a restaurant the group has been asked if there are any allergies.

Let them know when booking, go to a MDR upon boarding, the dietary manager with meet with you and explain ordering meals ahead of time if you wish. My daughter ordered breakfast and dinner each day, which were delivered to our table. She called them when we were heading to eat (never made reservations) and it was brought to our table with everyone’s food. We ate at the buffet each morning.

Yeah, doing this is a bit non-spontaneous. I meet with a restaurant manager and allergy specialist the first day and then they bring me menus for the following day and I choose what I want and they make it specially for me. But it reduces the worry and I don't have to continually reiterate my allergies at every single meal. With the exception of Pride of America, the NCL restaurant crew tracked my whereabouts and made sure I was taken care of.
