Used Medway.  Got them from a friend, who currently lives in Texas but whose family in London has used them for years.  Found them reliable and their price was good.  Always answered my emails very quickly.

I don't know how good or bad Blacklane are but they are just a booking website connecting  customers with independent drivers.

 

Personally I would be looking into booking with a company directly.

If I can link, this is who my TA recommended and who I am using.  Very responsive.  I asked about a side trip to Stonehenge and they repriced it and we are going to Stonehenge on the way to the port.  They have Mercedes V-Class minivans with wifi.

Not Blacklane, but we have used Blackberry several times. Cost was around $175 for 2 with luggage and hand carry, including the airport surcharge last year. Very nice service with great driver. You can find coupons on Google for first time use.
