New Cunard Survey

Jane recieved an email asking her to fill in a new survey today, which she handed off to me and several of the questions involved printed luggage lables including this one

Personally, I'd select luggage tags. I miss when cruise lines used to send us the luggage tags.

The save the date card always makes me smile, but the luggage labels are more practical.

It makes no sense that Cunard discontinued mailing out luggage tags when they continue to print and send a personalized booklet a few weeks before sailing.

It’s somewhat useless and is quickly looked over and thrown away whereas the tags would be quite helpful.

Labels every time! We miss them arriving in the post and the print out DIY are a faff and a cheap option.

And don't you love how anything that has to be printed at home is "for your convenience" as in "for your convenience, you can print this any time."

I just wish they'd stop sending advertisement emails almost everyday and answer a question i asked on their website contact page on Monday!!
