  1. Yes - trim the excess off the labels, fold in half lengthways and then fold in half across the middle - I have my name and phone hidden inside - if access is needed then the porters can just extract the label from the holder - see below
  2. These all fitted under the bed - it took a bit of stacking cases in cases, but it worked in included Jane's hand luggage, not shown (a smaller version of the top red suitcase)
  3. Alternatively get a set of these from Amazon - Luggage Tags - Link and fit them once you've retrieved your luggage at the airport - other brands are available (Top Tip - Print labels at 130% and trim the excess before folding for a perfect fit)
  4. We did a TA followed by a Caribbean cruise in 2019 flying back to the uk from NYC, that was 19 nights and didn't want to get off, so much so we investigated returning with QM2 rather than fly but the cost was a bit to steep.
  5. Boarding passes worked on QV last time we did it
  6. They were doing the same in the bay at Port de Pollenca in Mallorca last week
  7. Just adding the email address and in case people do require it If you have any questions about the Stockperks app, please contact carnivalcorp@stockperks.com. The Stockperks Carnival page is here - https://www.stockperks.com/carnivalcorp
  8. Jane recieved an email asking her to fill in a new survey today, which she handed off to me and several of the questions involved printed luggage lables including this one I selected the luggage labels
  9. Yep, looking at that photo it looks like the last 3 balcony cabins are glass fronted, but whether glass or metal, they are well worth it Jane with her pre-pandemic short hair
  10. My blog post back in 2016 HERE.... on QE shows the metal fronted QE balcony on deck 4 Fwd - I'm sure it's the same on QV with the Aft balconies glass and the Fwd balconies metal.
  11. There is also a sling - just visible in the top L/H corner of the photo, for disabled guests to be assisted into the water. The Pavillion pool is one of my favorite locations on a stormy crossing to relax and read while listening to the house band in the run up to lunch.
  12. Indeed, @roscoe39 was the intended tagee, I would have linked his and @safarigal's blogs directly, but I thought they would be better placed to.
  13. Calling @Roscoe @safarigal could you help this traveller out?
  14. The largest table in PG on both QE & QV is usually a mix of solo travellers and couples who always look like they are having a whale of a time, saying that we have met solo travellers in PG who prefer to eat alone, so you are not forced to mix if you don't want to. As already stated the QE & QV Courtyard, situated between the PG & QG restaurants is for alfresco dining. https://photo.rakkor.uk/mo/sharing/a3Nl2zDca Viewed from the Deck 12 Grills Terrace

    Canaries

The Bay of Biscay can be a bit lumpy at that time of year, Madeira is very nice in the run up to Xmas. Our last cruise there was on QE in 2017 and I did write a blog about it Link... , which seems to be a lot about how bouncy the sea was. We did enjoy it though and will be returning in February on QM2.
