Yes, there is a per-person fee.  I’m sorry I do not know what the cost is.  I should have asked.  But we were on the unlimited dining package, so never gave it much thought.

I concur.  I just looked in the app at a future Silhouette booking and The Porch onboard dining price is $30 per person plus 20% gratuity.  No other better price for lunch.  Lunch is only scheduled for one day on this particular 8-night itinerary.  Seafood tower for a party of two is an additional $15.
